Happy 2nd Birthday Doll Baby

We had a family birthday party on Sunday for Miss Addison and she had a wonderful time! Addison loved wearing her pretty new dress and blowing out candles and opening gifts. She did NOT however enjoy it when we sang Happy birthday to her. For some reason she gets really embarrassed by it because she wouldn't let Charles & I sing it this morning to her or tonight for her birthday cupcake. Weird! To keep with the birthday tradition she woke up the day after her party with a runny nose. Last year she woke up throwing up. It must be rule of life number 56 that children ALWAYS get sick on their birthdays. O'well, she is feeling fine just has snotty nose. We took her out to breakfast this morning for rainbow cupcakes with Grammie, Pa, Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Char Char and Caleb. The weather was horrible so we had a movie day and played dress up. Side note...we bought a house and closed last week! I was able to find an amazing contractor who is getting the house in move-in-ready condition in just one week and we plan on being settled by end of next week! It is very exciting and we cannot believe this house is actually ours! Perfect time for Ansley to make her debut! I cleaned Ansley's infant car seat (Addy's old one) and Addison's car seat so the car is at least ready for my babies! I somewhat packed my hospital bag, I don't have much to bring as I totally over packed with Addison! I can't believe I will be a mother of two in just two short weeks...maybe sooner (but I hope not!). We will keep you posted on the port removal. I am trying not to think about it as it makes me feel sick with worry. Prayers are greatly appreciated!!! I promise to update quickly to let everyone know it went well. :)

Tutus and Teething

Update on Ansley first: She is growing nicely and is running out of room but we need her to stay put until the 14th which is when the C-Section is scheduled for. I have a blood clot in my leg which is not of great concern just yet since it is not deep.

Update on Addison: All four of her canines decided to come in at the same time and she is leaving drool puddles pretty much everywhere. I was concerned she wasn't going to have them since they decided to take their sweet time coming in.
Addison randomly entered the phase of dressing up and wearing tutus and my maternity shirts (princess dresses to her) daily. She asks for some type of "dress up" clothes every morning then once on says while twirling "Look Mama, I so beautiful in my princess dress!" I am hoping this high self esteem follows our little princess through the teenage years! Did I mention she refuses to wear anything other than a skirt or dress. So much for the new shorts I bought for Spring!

Addison will be 2 March 31st....how the time flies.

We are having her port removed April 5th!!! WOHOOO! Pray all goes well. Her last CBC which was the 16th was good.
WBC 5.62 (almost normal)
HGB 11.12 (normal)
Platelets 45 (haven't been in 40s since fluke in August)
ANC 1500 (normal)
And my little peanut is now a meatball weighing 34 lbs and 36 inches tall....Yes she is wearing 3T clothing with those measurements...what happened to the 2Ta?????
Bond Family Update: Charles has been gone the last 4 weeks with work. He has been in New Mexico, Miami, Oklahoma City and now Dallas. He will be home for good this Saturday...thank heavens! We found a house to purchase and will be closing in 48 hours! We are so excited to get settled in to a house we can actually make and call home for the next however many years. It is down the road from Charlotte & Adam which is great to be near family. It is also great we get to move out of their house and not be homeless!

Lots and Lots to get done before Miss Ansley comes and while I try to stay sane I more importantly am trying to take in every minute with Addison while it is just us. She is so very excited about Ansley's arrival. She asks everyday for her to come out and is still very protective over my belly. We took maternity pics Sat so I will post when I get them!

I think it is safe to say Addison is very pleased with our move back to Jacksonville. She loves seeing all her family daily and she especially LOVES the beach!
